Kendall Jenner sued, again, for Biggie and Tupac shirts

Another photographer claims his work was used without permission.

Just when the public dragging had seemed to completely die down for Kendall and Kylie Jenner's t-shirts that appropriated icons like Tupac and Biggie, another photographer has sued Kendall.

TMZ reports that photographer Al Pereira has filed a suit against Kendall Jenner Inc., saying she used a photo he took of Tupac, Biggie and Redman without permission.

The two pull their t-shirt line after receiving legal threats.

This is the third incident of legal trouble Kendall has been tacked with for the shirts. Photographer Michael Miller filed a lawsuit against the sisters for the shirt that used his picture of Tupac, and the estate of Notorious B.I.G. sent a cease and desist letter for the shirt that depicted him.

Kylie and Kendall Jenner reportedly pulled the shirts from their website shortly after the backlash began.
