As part of the $500,000 bail agreement, the rapper must get permission to travel outside of New York for work purposes. But reports say he violated that deal when he visited St. Louis to see family without informing the judge.
X's attorney Murray Richman told TMZ that the behavior was out of character for the rapper who usually notifies his parole officer before leaving New York. Richman said, "It seems like X just forgot because he was preoccupied with the trip."
DMX will learn his fate in front of Manhattan federal judge Jed Rakoff on Friday (August 11).
