We’ve been anticipating Kendrick Lamar’s new album DAMN since the release of “The Heart Part 4.” That’s the song on which he teased an “April 7” date that turned out to be no more than the day the album, due a week later, became available for pre-order. In the meantime, we got “Humble” and the reveal of the LP’s title and artwork.

We also got a peek at the guests who’ll be featured on the album: Rihanna and U2.

But there’s one artist who’ll appear on the project, but go uncredited: Kaytranada.

The super-producer revealed his unusual contribution yesterday (April 11) in a now-deleted tweet, writing:

“Nigga im singing autotune for the first time in a Kendrick Lamar record hahahaaaaaaaaaas”

Kayt’ gave credit to the band BADBADNOTGOOD—who were revealed as the composers for track no.9, “Lust”—for getting him on the record.

And the band confirmed theirs and Kaytranada’s presence in a tweet of their own.

With only two more days until DAMN‘s release, we’ve created a comprehensive guide to prepare for it. Good luck.
