Update: Jay Z's albums return to Apple Music

Spotify users are still out of luck.

After being upset with what appeared to be a power move over the weekend to only make his music available to stream on Tidal, some of Jay Z's fans breathe a sigh of relief today.

On Friday, Jay Z had removed all of his solo albums, and the Kanye West joint project Watch The Throne, from Spotify and Apple Music.

But on Monday, most of Jay's albums were back on Apple Music. Reasonable Doubt and the Blueprint trilogy, which were taken from both platforms in recent years, are still absent. But his other albums, like Vol. 2: Hard Knock Life and The Black Album, are available for Apple Music subscribers again. As was the case on Friday, Jay Z's albums are also available for outright purchase on iTunes.

Spotify users, however, are still out of luck. The only available albums from Jay on Spotify are the R. Kelly collaborations Best of Both Worlds and Unfinished Business, and the Linkin Park mashup Collision Course.

All of Jay Z's music is available to stream at Tidal.
