After his rescheduled meeting with the Illinois governor Bruce Rauner about education funding left him feeling disappointed, Chance the Rapper promised his fans that he'd have a plan by Monday (March 6).
Chicago Public Schools and I did not lose today. Please don't let that become the narrative. Monday morning I'll have a plan.— The Big Day out now (@chancetherapper) March 3, 2017
And he's kept his word. Today, Lil Chano announced that he'll be holding a live-streamed press conference, via Instagram, at Chicago's Westcott Elementary School.
At 2pm CST I'm holding a press conference today at Westcott Elementary School. I'll be livestreaming globally via @instagram— The Big Day out now (@chancetherapper) March 6, 2017
Though Chance didn't reveal what the press conference will be about, we can imagine that after his underwhelming meeting with Rauner, whose "vague answers" left him "flustered," Chance is now even more inspired to make a difference in his hometown.
In fact, he took to social media to challenge the city just days ago: "Time to do our jobs."

The press conference will be live-streamed on Chance's Instagram account at 2pm CT.
