Shortly after setting the record for the most Billboard Hot 100 hit songs of any woman artist, Nicki Minaj has added another W to her record with a major modeling contract.
According to VOGUE, Nicki has signed to the celebrity division of Wilhelmina International, Inc. She had already landed modeling gigs before, like when she was the face of Robert Cavalli's spring/summer 2015 campaign, but landing with an agency should lead to even more opportunities. Other celebrities with Wilhelmina include Demi Lovato, Nick Jonas, and Shawn Mendes.
"I love the synergy between my music and how it inspires my fashion," Nicki Minaj said in a statement. "My message is always about celebrating your own style. I'm thrilled and honored to have signed with Wilhelmina. They get me."
The move comes after Nicki released three new singles earlier this month: "No Frauds," "Changed It" and "Regret Your Tears."
