Chanel posts some mysterious ads about Frank Ocean

Could a collabo be in the works?

Less than a week after Frank Ocean unexpectedly dropped solo song "Chanel," the fashion house of the same name has responded with its own honorary art.

The brand's official Instagram account just shared two ads giving nod to the singer. The first flips Ocean's original word-play lyrics which referenced the brand's iconic logo: "I see both sides like Chanel / See on both sides like Chanel."

The second ad juxtaposes the image of a beach's shore ("Ocean") with the image of a hand holding the brand's popular N°5 fragrance ("Land").

Both ads have been hashtagged #YouKnowMeAndYouDont, a paradoxical statement Chanel used as a campaign tagline for the perfume late last year. The promos starred Johnny Depp's daughter Lily-Rose.

That's all we know. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Previously, Ocean appeared in Calvin Klein's Fall 2016 campaign and Willow Smith was named Chanel's brand ambassador.
