BROCKHAMPTON, a collective-meets-boyband based out of California, began making waves earlier this year with the release of their Saturation albums.

However, while sharing the release date for the series’ third studio installment, the group also curiously referred to the new project, Saturation III, as “The Last Studio Album From BROCKHAMPTON.”

The announcement for the project, which will be arriving on December 15th, has been met with mixed reactions from fans, with some finding relief in a tweet shared by member Kevin Abstract.

The post on Twitter showcases a screengrab of a text conversation, with member JOBA writing, “What does the last album part mean? Haha r we done? Can we still live together tho?”

Looks like only time will tell what the cryptic note accompanying their new album means. However, the good news is that new music will be arriving from the group in a matter of weeks.
