No stranger to fashion since she once starred in Michael Kors' first-ever street style campaign, Solange is now fronting Calvin Klein's latest initiative.
The brand has revamped its well-known #MyCalvins call-to-action with a new phrase, "Our Family," and Solange stars in the first iteration of the new campaign alongside a curated cast of singers and songwriters that she personally picked.
Wearing denim and underwear looks, Solo is joined by Dev Hynes (a.k.a. Blood Orange), Kelela, Caroline Polachek (formerly of Chairlift), and Adam Bainbridge (a.k.a. Kindness).
According to the brand, "the group is shot together as a 'chosen' musical family, illustrating the overarching message of the campaign. The evolved #MYCALVINS concept has family at its center, a display of unity between strong individuals, further emphasized by the symbolism of the traditional American quilt. This campaign captures these bonds and brings to life different ways we can inspire families - both born and made - to connect with one another, and celebrate the things that unite us."
