Fresh off releasing the music video for his Meek Mill-assisted track “Trap And a Dream,” A$AP Ferg follows up the visual with some new music, this time as a featured guest.

Singer Luke James has recruited the Harlem rapper for a remix of his track, “Drip,” with Ferg opening the song and showing off his versatility when it comes to his flows. He also has a brief message for Chris Brown, rapping, “Awesome track for me to spit awesome raps / Tell Chris Breezy, step back with all his tats / From uptown, finna bring Harlem back.”

“Drip” was originally released back in August and was intended to appear on James’ sophomore album, Joy, which he announced back in February. Perhaps the remix serves as a nice indicator that the alternative R&B singer is gearing up to release the project.

The song is a successful, catchy meshing of styles, with the two finding a great middle ground to each show off their talents.
