Soulja Boy and Chris Brown to have Floyd Mayweather-promoted boxing match

The two each confirmed that a Pay-Per-View bout in Vegas is set for March.

You ever hear the phrase "That might be crazy enough to work"? Well... in a turn of events so crazy, you would think Vince McMahon, his son-in-law Triple H, and their team of writers scripted it, Soulja Boy and Chris Brown have apparently agreed to settle their highly publicized feud in a ring. The two platinum recording artists both told the world on social media Wednesday night that they are going to have a boxing match in March in Las Vegas.

50 Cent started instigating on Instagram in true Don King fashion, and it culminated with Fif talking about getting Adrien Broner and Floyd Mayweather involved.

50 wrote, "We talking money now, BIG MONEY CHAMP said he will take the bet. Mayweather promotions is gonna promote the fight. This is the shut up, or put the money up challenge. #wherethebagat."

Mayweather answered the call. Soulja Boy not only posted a picture of himself and Mayweather on his Instagram page, calling the champ his "trainer," he also posted a video saying that he and Brown were having "the biggest fight of the century." The boxing champ laughed and simply said, "We gotta get that money."

Not to be outdone, Brown reposted director and A&R Spiff TV and WWE wrestler Braun Stroman making fun of Soulja's Live Feed fiasco in the streets of Compton. The singer confirmed his participation, saying, "NOW THAT WE HAVE YOUR UNDIVIDED ATTENTION.... BOXING MATCH SET. Legally. Man to Man. NO MORE DISSING AND NO MORE BULLSHIT. ME AS A BLACK MAN, looked back at my actions on social media and what I though of myself is this... "CLOWN". SO THIS ISNT AN APOLOGY. IM TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY IGNORANCE. @adrienbroner @floydmayweather @50cent WE IN THE RING WIT IT. TAKE YA BETS NOW. #CELEBRITYBOXING CHALLENGE ACCEPTED."

Ironically, just several hours before the post hyping the fight, Soulja Boy took to social media apologizing for all the beef he's been getting in with Quavo from Migos, Lil Yachty, and Brown. He even went as far as saying he wanted to make music with all three.

Soulja Boy and Chris Brown have been calling each other drug addicts and threatening to fight each other the past couple of days because Soulja says Chris Brown got upset the young rapper liked an IG picture of one of Brown's exes, Karrueche Tran. Brown has denied catching feelings. It looks like there will be no denying somebody catching a fade soon.
