ALERT: The man who wrote "Work" for Rihanna is teaming with the man who got J. Cole to release his most ratchet verse ever. The results of a collab between these new age–R&B lotharios will surely be music that babies are made to.
Singer-songwriter Jeremih called into a Los Angeles–area radio station Wednesday (June 15) to confirm that he and PARTYNEXTDOOR are releasing a joint project.
“A new album is coming out with me and PARTYNEXTDOOR called Late Night Party,” he said. “Y’all finna get that real soon and right after that, you’re gonna get the trilogy to Late Night called Later That Night. I can’t wait till y’all hear that.”
Both men have an undeniable pen game. Since Jeremih kicked the door down in 2009 with "Birthday Sex," he has set sonic trends — never chased them — and gained the respect of the hottest rappers. As for Party, he's rumored to be dating Kylie Jenner, and you'd be hard-pressed to find a new artist who doesn't bite the OVO artist's irreproducible sound.
Three months ago, Jeremih teased us all with this photo of him and Party in the studio.
We can't wait to hear the shenanigans on this album.
