Chris Brown is unfortunately no stranger to court rooms or the judge ruling in his favor. But things are looking up for Breezy.
In a recent court hearing, the singer’s custody battle against daughter Royalty’s mother Nia Guzman, for claims Chris was unfit to care for their daughter without strict supervision was denied. Due to allegations from past drug use and gang affiliation, she asked for his visitations rights to be reduced or heavily monitored, however, a judge did not see the benefit of limiting Chris’s contact with Royalty, and rejected Nia’s motion.
The judge mandated that Chris and Nia continue to share joint custody. Under the existing court order, Chris has been granted, un-monitored visitation rights for 12 days of every month. Though it was not addressed in this custody battle, Guzman allegedly wants to increase the child support she receives from Brown from $2,500 a month to $16 thousand a month. A judge has not yet ruled in regards to those payments.
