Leave it to Aziz Ansari to spin Kanye West’s latest material for some comedic relief. The comedian, along with Tim & Eric star and music video director Eric Wareheim, have teamed up for a goofy clip for The Life Of Pablo’s “Famous.”
The video is a minimalistic travelogue of the two comedians finding themselves in an Italy escapade, as they film a new season of the Netflix series. They eat Italian food, fornicate on cars, ride bicycles and so much more ridiculousness. Neither actually attempt to sync up with Ye’s controversy lyrics, but instead cues up Swizz Beatz’ “Goddamn!” at any given chance.
This isn't the first time a comic has decided to make their own Kanye music video, as Zach Galifianakis and Bonnie 'Prince' Billy's Will Oldham previously teamed for a similarly nonsensical "Can't Tell Me Nothing.” While Seth Rogen and James Franco famously reenacted “Bound 2.”
