When South by Southwest attendees woke up to news that there would be a surprise guest to close out Fader Fort, nobody expected it would be Drizzy Drake. And after a captivating performance, by his OVO Sound artists and his headlining appearance, he reiterated what his fans have been waiting for: That his fourth album, Views From the 6, will still be dropping next month.

“Aye you know, Views From The 6 coming in like I don’t know how many weeks so I hope you enjoy that shit,” he teased before he went on to close out his set, including "Energy" and "Know Yourself," by performing his latest single, “Summer Sixteen.”

After he finished spitting the hook on the Meek Mill dis record he then went on to introduce himself.

“Listen, my name is Drake. I’m blessed enough to be from Toronto, Canada," he said. "I’m blessed enough to have this label with all of these talented gods right here. Views From the 6 coming next month, I love y’all man, trust.”

Dvsn, Roy Woods, Majid Jordan and PartyNextDoor all performed tonight (March 19), surprising Austin with an alluring OVO Sound concert before Drake hit the stage.

Drizzy closed out things by letting the crowd know that he will be back in Texas very soon. He will be on tour visiting Austin, Houston and Dallas shortly after he drops Views From the 6.
