A$AP Rocky was reportedly attacked in New Zealand over an argument involving an elevator ride at this hotel.
According to TMZ, the Harlem rapper was ambushed around 3 a.m. local time at the Pullman Hotel in Auckland, New Zealand following a concert. The incident occurred as he was stepping into an elevator with some women when three men attempted to get in. When Rocky reportedly told the guys there was no room left in the elevator, they proceeded to jump the rapper in response. Witnesses at the scene said the three attackers yelled out “FUCK A$AP” while punching Rocky.
Hotel security eventually broke up the fight and when police arrived, one of the suspects, a 35-year-old local, was arrested and booked for assault and resisting police.
Despite the unfortunate run-in, Rocky is in good spirits. Taking to Twitter, the rapper said he was fine and downplayed the situation as just a "lil scuffle."
