Back in September, Desiigner was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell after authorities discovered Oxycontin, other drugs, and a loaded firearm in an SUV carrying the rapper following an alleged “road rage” incident.

However, the “intent to sell” charge was lifted, and after his arraignment, the felony gun charge against Desiigner was dropped as well.

It was later learned that the 302 pills discovered in the vehicle were various steroids and that they, unbeknownst to the rapper, belonged to the SUV driver, Scott Seigel.

Today, according to TMZ, Desiigner’s name and record were cleared, the charges dismissed, and the case sealed. The New York City District Attorney’s office confirmed to Pitchfork that the rapper and three co-defendants—Michael Davis, CJ McCoy and Utril Rhaburn—accepted ACDs, or “adjournments in contemplation of dismissal,” deals that typically result in a case being dismissed and sealed.

None of the four co-defendants appeared in court, and Desiigner’s two lawyers, Ian Nyles and Stacey Richman, told TMZ, “We’re happy he’s been exonerated.”
