Big Sean and Jhene Aiko are planning on bringing in 2017 in a big way. The Detroit MC took to Twitter to say that the two will be working on another Twenty88 album together and it will be coming next year. He didn't share any details about the project or when it will be releasing, but he made it clear that it’s definitely on the way.
Big Sean also stated that he and Aiko are working on their solo projects as well. “We gone get our solo’s off to though! #Dons #Soulmates” he tweeted. Although there aren't any more clues as to when Big Sean’s project is dropping, he has been giving his fans good teasers with his new records “Bounce Back” and “No More Interviews.”
For her part, Aiko referenced collaborating with John Mayer, and recently released the song "New Balance" shortly around the time news broke that she was filing for divorce from producer Dot Da Genius. Her new project, which Sean says is forthcoming, will be a follow-up to her 2014 debut album Souled Out.
Big Sean wasn't done sharing news: He also told his fans that a tour is on the way in support of his platinum album Dark Sky Paradise.
