For Philadelphia-based artist Raheem Saladeen, art isn’t just a form of expression but rather a way of life. Attracting a sense of creativity for the arts before the age of five, Saladeen is now a design artist, art curator, and known for his work at several art galleries.
“My inspiration mostly comes from hip-hop and dope clothing lines that came and went,” said Saladeen, one of the featured artists at REVOLT Blended Cultures during Art Basel 2015. “My art is about dreaming big, I feel like a bird flying.”
