Bobby Shmurda was denied bail for the seventh straight time since his December 2014 arrest.

A bail hearing was held today before New York City judge Abraham Clott, who decided he sees “no substantive change” in the Brooklyn rapper, according to The FADER, and is “satisfied that the case is “extraordinarily serious.”

Shmurda has been behind bars since his arrest on December 17, 2014, along with several others.

The “Hot Boy” rapper’s next court set is February 22, where he will face charges for the incident last year, in which a woman reportedly smuggled him a knife while behind bars.
