Michael Jackson’s 1979 magnum opus Off the Wall is in so many words, incredible. So to commemorate the timeless piece, Spike Lee is readying a brand new documentary, “Michael Jackson’s Journey from Motown to Off the Wall.”

Just like the well-received Bad 25, which released on the album’s 25th anniversary in 2012, Lee will document the making of the masterpiece through archival footage along with new interviews with the likes of Pharrell, The Weeknd, Mark Ronson, Kobe Bryant, John Legend, Misty Copeland, L.A. Reid and more.

While the documentary is set to premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 24, Showtime will debut the film on February 5 at 9 p.m. EST. A teaser for the special has since hit online featuring commentary from The Weeknd, Questlove, and Talking Heads' David Bryne.

“I found my falsetto because of “Don’t Stop Til You Get Enough,” says the ever-elusive Weeknd in the nearly two-minute long trailer.

In addition to the documentary, on February 26th, “Michael Jackson's Journey From Motown To Off The Wall” will also be packaged into a CD/DVD (and CD/Blu-ray) bundled reissue of Off the Wall.
