The new year has welcomed in some legal trouble for Pharrell Williams.
According to reports, the hitmaker's former business partners Uncommon Content Partners have filed a lawsuit against P for his Apple Beats 1 radio program, OTHERtone.
The group alleges that Pharrell broke a contract for their past YouTube show ARTST TLK after failing to produce a second season for the since panned program. In a reaction to the motion, Pharrell says he was "too busy" with duties like filming the The Voice around that time, however, UCP are not buying it.
The former associates to P are seeking to put an end P's OTHERtone program.
