A Baltimore judge declared a mistrial in the case of an officer in the Freddie Gray case. Officer William Porter was on trial facing several charges, including manslaughter, however, one day after the jury was deadlocked, Judge Barry Williams issued his order. Now, a date for a new trial must be set and the subsequent cases involving the remaining officers who are also alleged to have contributed to Freddie Gray's death wait in the balance.
