The Internet Plans To 'Get Away' In New Video

Opening track off their sophomore LP "Ego Death"

Adrien Vargas // REVOLT

Following the release of their critically-acclaimed sophomore album Ego Death, The Internet has been more focused than ever. In support of the project, the Odd Future outfit has performed at a string of shows from coast to coast, took their acoustic experimental-R&B sounds to NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series, and now returns to drop off a visual to the opening track “Get Away.” Directed by Calmatic, the introspective video combines scenes of Syd clashing with her girlfriend, the band performing in a empty, dusty lot, all while turning to a few vices to top everything off. It’s a quintessential L.A. situation with a mish-mash of funk music and good vibes.
